Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to our limited inventory and fast processing times.

We only accept claims for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived visibly damaged upon opening
  • Wrong item was received

To submit a valid claim:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Provide video or photo evidence of the item in its original packaging before opening
  • Photos must clearly show the damage or incorrect item

Claims submitted without proper documentation will not be processed. All claims are reviewed carefully and we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our requirements.

Approved claims will receive a refund or replacement at our discretion, processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
